This campaign for Cox showcased how smart home products can bring the family together. The commercial produced received the highest ratings in testing and even garnered a number of positive Youtube comments. As a follow-up, we targeted current and former Cox customers with personalized offers based on the services they have (or used to). These offers were delivered via direct mail, catalogues, eCRM, social media and banner ads.
